Appointments

Standard GP consultations are 15 minutes long, during which you can discuss one or two health concerns with the doctor. If your consultation runs over this time, a double consultation fee may apply. If you anticipate needing more time, we recommend booking a double appointment or arranging a follow-up visit for another day. We encourage patients to be mindful of others waiting for their appointments. Keeping to scheduled times ensures timely care for all and allows us to provide more thorough medical follow-up when needed. If a referral to a specialist or hospital is required, we will assist you with the initial referral process.

You are most welcome to have a family member or a support person with you. After all, we understand that sometimes, you just need someone there to help you listen, to tell their side of your story, or simply just to hold your hand.

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone with them for any appointment. The chaperone can be family member, friend or a member of staff. If you want a member of staff to accompany you during the visit , please let the receptionist know when you arrive for your appointment.

Just inform our reception staff if you need an interpreter before your visit.
